//small groups & next step classes

A committment to spiritual growth is not only vital, but it must be intentional.  We must actively look for and plug in to opportunites that help us on our jouorney.  At CLC-Fairfield, this is accomplished in 2 unique environments - small gorups and next step classes.

Small groups are groups of 8-12 that meet in homes 1-2 times a month.  They are very relational in nature and are geographically based.

Next Step Classes meet for a set amount of time and study a particular subject.  They meet in the CLC-Fairfield office.  The commitment is usually 6-12 weeks.  Sometimes there is a minimal charge for printed materials.

We hope you will discover more about the value that one or both of these environments can add to your life.  Whether you join an existing group or classes or launch a brand new one, we are confident that you will see what true community is all about!

Opportuities designed just for you:

//Join an existing group or class
Look for a couple group or class that may appeal to you, then complete a small group interest card and leave it with the host at the Connection Center just outside the theater.  A leader from the group(s) you indicate will contact you to tell you more about their group and invite you to join them.

//Launch a new small group
If after perusing the available groups you would rather begin your own small group, simply indicate that on your interest card and a member of the small groups team will contact you to explain this simple and fun process.

//Serve in a ministry
At CLC Fairfield, we believe that serving together provides an excellent context for building healthy relationships while helping others.  Stop by the Connection Center to learn more about serving opportunities or indicate that on your interest card and the ministry leader will contact you.

Should you have questions about small groups or Next Steps, please ask one of the volunteers at the  Connection Center, or contact us.
